Dear Readers,
Thank you for stopping by and taking a moment of your time to read about myself and what craft central is all about. My name is Cherie Schmidt and I live in Silver Lake, Wisconsin. It is my goal to share tips, techniques, and other information with you regarding the wonderful line of Stampin Up! products. At this time I have a full-time job. And, my boyfriend and I just recently opened a bait shop here in Silver Lake. So, my hands are somewhat full at the moment juggling both aspects of work and the bait shop. Throw in being an independent SU demonstrator and well…I’m sure you can see I am completely and utterly busy.
I apologize in advance for my blog being somewhat lean in content at the moment. I do not have a lot of spare time with my current schedule as you can see. My primary goal here is to be a teacher (something I absolutely adore doing) and inspire you to be creative with your own style of creativity by showing you creations I have managed to do in all my spare time. hahahaha
I can say with certainty that there is nothing more exciting than to hand a friend or relative a card you created. Most who receive them cannot bear to throw them away like the commercial ones they receive. I have personally experienced this first hand with a Christmas card my boyfriend and I (yes, the poor dear was covered in glitter from head to toe, literally! LOL) made several years ago. Many told us they either hung them on their tree (and continue to do so) or placed them in a shadow box to display. That is quite a compliment. Wouldn’t you say? Hopefully, you will come back to see what I have recently added to my growing list of pages and posts.
